Cindy has recently released a series entitled, Safe and Fit for 50.  This series of three DVDs can be purchased alone, or in combinations of 2 or 3 DVDs to tailor your needs for total fitness:

  1. Safe and Fit is a 48 minute combined cardio and strength training DVD
  2. Safe and Strong is a 48 minute strength training DVD
  3. Safe On Your Feet is a specialized balance training DVD that trains muscles through the "righting reaction" to help prevent falls.
